SHIPPING
Every Uniquely Nico Atelier bag is made to order and handcrafted in our East Anglia studio. To allow for the care and craftsmanship that go into each piece, orders are dispatched within 14 calendar days of the order date and payment confirmation.
If you require your order for a specific date, please email us at sales@uniquelynicoatelier.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Where possible, parcels are sent using a tracked and insured shipping service, with a signature required upon delivery.
UK & Crown Dependencies / Channel Islands Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked — 2–3 working days — Free of charge
Royal Mail Express Tracked — 1–2 working days — Available as a paid upgrade
International Delivery
Standard Tracked — 3–8 working days
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and/or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Uniquely Nico Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary according to location, customs clearance, and courier delays.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided.
We do not currently offer collection from the atelier.
