At present, The Crystal Ovoid Bag is available in gold or silver, offering two timeless metallic finishes for occasion dressing. Each bag is made to order, with the customer selecting their preferred Square Hook & Eye Fastener Metallic closure finish at checkout. Choose from gold or silver alloy-plated finishes to coordinate with your jewellery, styling, or wider event palette.
The top handle is designed to sit comfortably over the shoulder, while the Square Hook & Eye Fastener Metallic closure keeps essentials secure without disrupting the bag’s refined form. DESIGN
The Crystal Ovoid Bag is a sculptural occasion piece shaped in a refined egg-inspired form and defined by the radiance of its woven metallic finish. Its distinctive silhouette is both elegant and expressive, bringing together textile artistry, light-catching texture, and couture craftsmanship.
Each bag is made to order by a crochet couturier using metallic luxe cord, carefully worked to create a rich woven surface with depth, structure, and shine. Every detail is considered, resulting in a piece that feels unique, luxurious, and beautifully crafted by hand.
The Crystal Ovoid Bag has been conceived as a more glamorous expression of the Ovoid silhouette and will continue to evolve through future interpretations of the design. While each new expression will remain rooted in the same sculptural form, the collection will continue to explore new finishes and occasion-led variations.

SHIPPING
Every bag is made to order and handcrafted in our East Anglia studio. To allow for the care and craftsmanship that go into each piece, orders are dispatched within 14 calendar days of the order date and payment confirmation.
If you require your order for a specific date, please email us at sales@uniquelynicoatelier.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
When your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Where possible, parcels are sent using a tracked and insured shipping service, with a signature required upon delivery.

International Delivery
Standard Tracked — 3–8 working days
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and/or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Uniquely Nico Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We do not currently offer collection from the atelier.

Care
Our bags are handcrafted with care and should be treated gently to preserve their beauty, shape, and structure.
The Crystal Ovoid Bag is made using metallic luxe cord and finished with a Square Hook & Eye Fastener Metallic closure. As a handcrafted structured piece with a light-catching metallic finish, it should not be machine washed, soaked, or exposed to harsh cleaning products.
- Avoid overfilling, as excess weight may affect the bag’s structure over time.
- Carry light essentials only.
- We recommend placing smaller items inside a pouch to help protect the interior and maintain the bag’s form.
Cleaning and Care

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Each Uniquely Nico Atelier bag is made to order and handcrafted with care in our East Anglia studio. Because each piece is created individually once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for change of mind on made-to-order, bespoke, personalised, or customer-specified items.
This includes customer-selected colours, materials, and closure finishes.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@uniquelynicoatelier.com so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
